We offer the following shipping options through Canada Post:

• Standard Shipping for Western Canada: 5-7 business days, $20 flat rate.

• Anywhere else in Canada: Standard shipping rates apply and will be calculated after check out. Please contact us for an estimate prior to completing your order so we can assist you. We will source the most economic option for you.

• Expedited Shipping: Shipping costs will be calculated and applied to your account total during checkout. Please contact us for further information.

• Free Shipping: For orders over $125 (Standard Shipping only). Currently only available within Western Canada.

Local Delivery

• Local Delivery $5.00 flat rate: Available for orders within the Calgary area (includes Chestermere, Strathmore, Airdrie, Okotoks, High River).

International Shipping

For customers outside Canada, we provide international shipping options:

Returns

For the safety and well-being of all our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to hygienic reasons.

Refunds

2. Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

1. Eligibility: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at lavenderandcrate@outlook.com.

2. Process for Exchanges:

   • Contact us upon receiving your order with details of the defect or damage.

   • Upon approval, we will provide instructions for returning the defective item and ship the replacement item at no additional cost.
